How do I subscribe to F-Secure PC Protection?
As of 03/01/2021, F-Secure is no longer offered as a new service, and new subscriptions cannot be activated.
Are there any changes for existing F-Secure subscribers?
Existing subscribers will continue to have access to the F-Secure PC Protection service and subscription key. The service will continue to function as it previously has.

- Memory: 1GB or more

- Internet service is required in order to validate your subscription and receive updates
- Javascript must be enabled in your browser settings

How do I download F-Secure?
Please note: New subscriptions cannot be activated, but existing subscribers may still download the F-Secure software onto additional computers.
- Please make sure to uninstall any existing virus protection software on your computer before installing F-Secure.
- From your computer’s web browser, sign into your My Blue Ridge account at com/login. You’ll be taken to the Summary screen.
- In the taskbar at the top, click Services. On the next page, click the Internet tab. Alternately, from the Summary screen, scroll down to Your Equipment & Services. Under Internet, click View Details.
- Scroll down to F-Secure. Your 20-character subscription license key appears here. Click Download License to install F-Secure onto this computer.
- Your browser will ask you to download or run the .exe file. Follow the provided installation instructions and onscreen prompts.
- To download F-Secure onto additional computers, please sign into My Blue Ridge and download the program on each computer. Please note: A subscription key will support a maximum of three computers.
Help! I lost my F-Secure subscription key.
Not to worry! You can locate it online from the My Blue Ridge app or website.
My Blue Ridge app:
- Sign into the My Blue Ridge app with your primary account.
- From the Home screen, tap the Menu button
in the top left, and then tap Internet.
- Scroll to the bottom. Your subscription license key appears here.
Web browser:
- Sign into your My Blue Ridge account at com/login. You’ll be taken to the Summary screen.
- In the taskbar at the top, click Services. On the next page, click the Internet tab. Alternately, from the Summary screen, scroll down to Your Equipment & Services. Under Internet, click View Details.
- Scroll down to F-Secure. Your subscription license key appears here. A Download License button is available if you need to install F-Secure onto this computer.
