For customers newly installed with service, Blue Ridge offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Customer experience is important to us, and we would love the opportunity to address your concerns and resolve any issues to your satisfaction. However, if you become dissatisfied with Blue Ridge service, or experience an unresolvable problem or issue within the first 30 days, and choose to disconnect, we will refund the cost of your service and standard installation.
Please note: The disconnection request must occur within the first 30 days of service. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee may only be applied once per customer. Those who previously received the 30 Day Money Back refund and choose to install service again are not eligible. This offer is applicable only to new installations of service, not upgrades to existing accounts. Some exclusions apply.
What is covered by the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee includes:
- Service fees: The subscription cost for TV, Internet, and/or Digital Phone
- Standard installation fees: Technician Visit, Outlet Installation or Activation
- Equipment purchases, such as Phone Modem Batteries
- Taxes/Fees and Franchise or Development fees
Please note: Some exclusions apply. The following Services, Installation, and other one-time fees are excluded and not covered by the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
- Services under contract, such as Blue Ridge Home Security
- Pay-per-View or Video on Demand purchases
- Custom installation fees
- Returned Check Fees
What do I do with the Blue Ridge equipment?
Disconnection of service will occur along with the 30 Day Money Back refund. We ask equipment be returned to your local Blue Ridge office. A nonrefundable Technician Visit fee would apply for a technician to come back to your home to disconnect and retrieve equipment.
