Resetting Your WiFi Password

Help! I forgot my WiFi password.
How do I change my WiFi password?

For subscribers of Blue Ridge HomeFi ℠ powered by eero:

Android OS

1. Launch the eero app.
2. Tap the Settings button .
3. Tap Password.
4. View or edit your WiFi password here. Tap Save when done.

 iOS

1. Launch the eero app.
2. Tap the Settings button .
3. Tap Password.
4. View or Edit your WiFi Password here. Tap Edit Password to make a change.
5. Tap Save when done.

For users of all-in-one modem-router units:

With modem-router units, there’s usually a label on the rear or bottom which lists a Pre-Shared Key. The Pre-Shared Key is the original default WiFi password for the modem.
