How do I view how much bandwidth a device is using?
Bandwidth refers to how much of your given internet speed you use at a given time. For example, you may subscribe to Up to 400 Mbps, and a device may be pulling 50 Mbps of that at a given moment. If your network seems slow, or you notice a spike in data usage, it could be because a device is taking up bandwidth on your network. You can determine the cause by viewing which devices are using the most bandwidth. This will require viewing each device individually.
Locate a device from your Home screen or within a Profile and tap it. Next to Activity, you will see the current download and upload bandwidth. “Idle” means the device is not currently using bandwidth.
