Help! A website is blocked when it shouldn’t be.
First, please make sure the site has not been added to your network’s block list by opening the eero app and navigating to Discover > eero Secure > Block & Allow Sites and viewing the list of sites being blocked. To remove a site from your block list, tap the site and then tap Delete Site.
Blocking ads may also have unintended consequences and block a website by mistake. To confirm if this is causing your issue, from the eero app, navigate to Discover > eero Secure > Block Ads and toggle the feature off. Try to access the website again. If needed, you can choose to activate Block Ads only for select Profiles by following the steps above.
