Help! My TV service is not working.
I have no picture on the TV.
One or more channels do not work.
- Ensure your Blue Ridge Stream unit is securely connected to power in the back of the box, and plugged into an active power outlet. When powered on, you will see a white light on the front of the box.
- Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected in both the back of the box and your TV.
- Make sure your TV is on the correct input to receive signal from the box.
- Reboot the Blue Ridge Stream unit by unplugging it from the power for approximately 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

- If the above steps do not correct the issue, please contact Blue Ridge support.
Help! The Blue Ridge Stream says I lost internet connection, or gives me a V95 connection error.
I’m missing guide data.
Apps are not working.
Video on Demand is not working.
My voice remote is not functioning.
These symptoms are indicative of an issue with your Blue Ridge Stream device’s internet connection.
- Check that your Blue Ridge Stream is connected to the internet by pressing [TiVo] to navigate to TiVo Home > Settings > Device Settings. From here you will be able to see if the box is connected to your network. If needed, select Network & Internet to choose your network and reconnect.
- Follow internet troubleshooting steps for your modem and router.
- Reboot the Blue Ridge Stream unit by unplugging it from the power for approximately 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Help! Video does not play back correctly.
Channels freeze or stutter.
Video quality is of a lower resolution than expected.
I have a spinning circle when trying to watch TV.
- Run a speed test to ensure your internet is functioning normally.
- Follow internet troubleshooting steps for your modem and router.
- Reboot the Blue Ridge Stream unit by unplugging it from the power for approximately 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
