What remotes are available for the Blue Ridge Stream?

How do I pair my remote to the Blue Ridge Stream box?
Help! The Blue Ridge Stream box is not responding to the remote.
You can pair the remote to the Stream box so that you will not need direct line-of-sight to the box to work the cable functions. Pairing with this box occurs over Bluetooth. Your remote will likely pair with the Blue Ridge Stream box automatically during initial set-up.
Quick Pairing:
Use these steps if setting up your remote for the first time, or replacing your current remote.
Please make sure your new Stream remote is within three feet of your Stream device and your TV is powered on.
- Remove the batteries from your old remote, if you have one. Using the new batteries provided, insert them into your new remote.
- Press and release the [TiVo] button on the remote.
- The activity LED indicator at the top of the remote will flash an amber color indicating the pairing process is in progress and your TV screen will indicate it is searching for the new remote.
- Once paired, the screen will display Paired in the upper right corner before returning to the previous screen.
- Test your remote to confirm the power and volume buttons work with your TV and you can navigate the menu.
Manual Pairing:
Use these steps if unable to complete the automatic pairing described above, or if the remote has trouble communicating commands to the Blue Ridge Stream box.
- Press the [TiVo] button to go to TiVo Home, and then navigate to Menu > Remote Settings.
- Choose Pair remote with your box.
- When the pairing screen appears, confirm your remote is ready by pressing and holding the [TiVo] button and the Left Arrow button until the LED indicator on the remote turns red.
- Test your remote to confirm the power and volume buttons work with your TV and you can navigate the menu.
Alternate Manual Pairing Method:
- Press the [TiVo] button to go to TiVo Home, and then navigate to Menu > Device Settings > Remotes & Accessories.
- Select TiVo Remote, then select Unpair remote. This will clear any pairing from the current or previous remote to the box.
- Select Add Accessory.
- The box will search for the remote and should pair automatically.
- Once you see the TiVo remote added to your Remotes & Accessories list, press [TiVo] to return to TiVo Home. The remote should now be paired via Bluetooth to the Blue Ridge Stream box.
- Test your remote to confirm you can navigate the menu. Please note: You may still need to program the remote to control your TV.
How do I program the Blue Ridge Stream remote to control my TV?
Use these steps if you paired the remote but it still does not control your TV's power and volume.
- Press the [TiVo] button to go to TiVo Home, and then navigate to Menu > Remote Settings > Remote Control Programming.
- Select Set up TV.
- Select your TV’s brand.
- Press [OK] to Begin Mute test.
- Select Yes if your TV indicated it muted. Otherwise, select No, try another code to try the next code on the list, or Not sure, try code again to repeat the same code. Select Skip programming remote to leave this menu.
- After confirming the correct code from the Mute test, on the next screen, press [OK] to Begin Volume test.
- Select Yes if your TV’s volume indicator appears. Otherwise, select No, try another code to try the next code on the list, or Not sure, try code again to repeat the same code. Select Skip programming remote to leave this menu.
- After selecting Yes, remote programming is completed. Select Finished programming remote to exit, or Go back to program your remote to run through the steps again.
- Once you have completed remote programming and returned to the menu, test your remote to confirm the power, volume, and mute buttons work with your TV.
How do I program the Blue Ridge Stream remote to control my audio receiver or sound bar?
- Press the [TiVo] button to go to TiVo Home, and then navigate to Menu > Remote Settings > Remote Control Programming.
- Select Set up A/V receiver.
- Select your receiver or audio device’s brand.
- Press [OK] to Begin Power test.
- Select Yes if the A/V receiver power indicator displayed. Otherwise, select No, try another code to try the next code on the list, or Not sure, try code again to repeat the same code. Select Skip programming remote to leave this menu.
- After selecting Yes, remote programming is completed. Select Finished programming remote to exit, or Go back to program your remote to run through the steps again.
- Once you have completed remote programming and returned to the menu, your remote should control your receiver’s audio.
