Contact Blue Ridge to add or remove additional authorized users to your account. Those authorized will be able to:
- Make changes to cable and internet services
- Discuss billing and make payments
- Discuss any pertinent account details
Additional authorized users cannot:
- Disconnect an account in full
- Cancel or change a pending installation or disconnection
- Transfer an account to a new address
- Add or disconnect phone service
- Request a phone number change
- Seasonally disconnect or reconnect if the account has no prior history of seasonal changes
- Place or change a reconnection of service
