The attached file is a Blue Ridge Account Security Form. Per the FCC, we require security measures on all Blue Ridge accounts to protect you from identity theft or unwanted changes to your service. This includes a verbal password to be used when contacting us by phone, as well as backup security questions. You can also add other persons as authorized users to your account.
In the event your account is missing these security measures, or if you were a customer of Adams new to Blue Ridge, please fill out the attached form and return it to one of our retail centers by mail or in person. Please include a copy of your ID/Driver's License when submitting this form.
