May I change my billing cycle?
Based on your installation date, your bill will have one of four due dates:
- 7th of the month
- 16th of the month
- 23rd of the month
- 30th of the month
You may request a change to your billing cycle and due date, although we ask that your account is at a zero balance when you do so. Changing the billing cycle will prorate your next bill, meaning your next statement will generate sooner or later than you are used to, in order to synchronize with your new due date. Please note that if you currently have an active promotion on your services, we are unable to change the due date.
