How do I pay my bill online?
My Blue Ridge app:
- Sign into the My Blue Ridge app with your primary account.
- The Home screen displays your total balance and due date. Below that you’ll see Make a Payment and Setup AutoPay if you haven’t done so. Tap Make a Payment
- To view a copy of your paper bill, tap Billing on the bottom of your screen and then Statements. Select the Statement you wish to view.
- Step 1: Enter your payment amount.
- Step 2. Select your Payment Date. If you want to schedule a payment, select pay a Different Day. Tap Next.
5. Select your Payment Method from the drop-down. Click on +Add Payment Method if you wish to use another method of payment not on file.
- Confirm your payment information is correct and tap Finish. You’ll then receive a confirmation screen. A payment receipt will also be sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Tap View Payments to review your pending payment. Payment process within one business day.
Web browser:
- Sign into https://www.brctv.com/login with your primary account. You’ll be taken to the Home screen, which will display your current balance.
- Click Make Payment next to your balance, or Make a Payment listed in the Quick Links box. Alternatively, click Billing in the taskbar at the top of the page, and then click Make a Payment.
- Enter the Payment Amount and the scheduled Payment Date (if you wish for the payment to process on a later date). Select an existing Payment Method or click Add Payment Method to add a new bank account or card. Click Continue.
- If adding a new payment method, enter your account or card information, and then click Save Payment Method.
- The next step confirms the amount and payment method. Review the Terms and Conditions. To authorize payment, click Make Payment. Click Back to navigate to the previous step(s).
- After you click Make Payment, you’ll see a payment confirmation.
- Scroll down to and click on Payments to see any pending payments on the account.
