How do I change my Plan?
- On the Account Portal (Home) page, navigate to 'Plan Change'. Select the line you wish to change your plan for and select 'Change'.
- Select the New plan and click on 'Next'
- A warning message will display advising that any changes made will be effective immediately. Click 'Next' to proceed, or 'Cancel' to go back without making any changes.
- A plan summary will appear. Click 'Next' to proceed, or 'Cancel' to go back without making any changes.
- A confirmation will appear when the plan change is complete.
