Customer Activation Instructions
When your shipment arrives, follow Steps 1 and 2 below to transfer your existing phone number. To activate a new number, skip to Step 2 (Device Activation Instructions).
Step 1: Complete the Transfer of your Phone Number
- Log in to your account at https:mobile.brctv.com. Login information is sent via email.
- Click on the 'Number Transfer' section.
- Click on the phone number hyper link to transfer your number.
- Verify the information is correct and click 'Save.'
Step 2: Device Activation Instructions
- Connect your device to the provided charger for at least 30 minutes preferably to a full charge.
- Insert the SIM card.
- If your device has an E-Sim, you can skip this step.
- Power on your device.
- If you purchased a new iPhone from Blue Ridge, you will need to connect it to Wi-Fi or a computer with iTunes installed on it before completing the activation.

Activating E-SIMs
- There are two important steps to check when proceeding with an E-Sim activation:
- Please remove any physical SIM from your device.
- You must connect to WiFi during activation.

- You will need to follow the below steps to activate your new eSIM. The steps change based on the device:

Start the eSIM process:
- In most cases, you will be prompted by the device (iPhone or Android) to activate via eSIM
- IF not prompted follow the below steps:
- On an iPhone go to Settings > Cellular > Add Plan
- On an Android go to Settings > Network & Internet > Tap the Add or + Icon next to Mobile Network > Tap 'Next' when asked 'Don't have a SIM Card?'
- Next scan this QR Code or the QR Code that was emailed to you.

Activating E-SIMs
- If you are unable to access the email address or cannot scan the QR Code because you received the email on the device you need to activate, you can choose to manually enter the E-Sim information that was provided on the email.
