Which features are included with phone service?
Blue Ridge Digital Phone service includes unlimited local and long-distance calling to the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.
Also included are features such as voicemail, call waiting, 3-way calling, call return, selective call acceptance, call forward, call rejection, anonymous call rejection, caller ID and caller ID blocking, as well as email alerts/text alerts!
Additional charges apply for directory assistance, operator services and international calling.

Directory Assistance service allows you to access a third party database to retrieve residential or business listings. Please note: Blue Ridge does not maintain the database.
Directory Assistance service is available by dialing either 411 or area code-555-1212. A charge of $1.23+tax applies per each call to Directory Assistance. Any incurred charges will appear on your next bill.
If you would like to block Directory Assistance services, please contact us for assistance.
Medical exemptions from Directory Assistance charges are available. A letter from a physician is required. Please contact us for more information.
