911 Address Change

I did not move, but my address has changed. How do I update it?

In recent years, various Pennsylvania counties or municipalities completed 911 readdressing, where homes were assigned new street numbers and/or names, in order to make the homes easier to find for emergency services. It is possible your home is still listed under a previous address in our system. If your bill lists a formerly known address or your street number or name has otherwise changed, we can update it for you.

To submit an address change online, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your My Blue Ridge account at brctv.com/login. You’ll be taken to the Summary screen.
2. In the taskbar at the top, click Profile. 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under 911 Address, click Get Started.
4. Fill out the form and click Submit.
