What do I need at installation?
We ask you have the appropriate equipment or devices based on the services you are having installed. This ensures our technician can verify all services are working properly before leaving your home.
For internet, you will need a computer or the primary device you use to connect to the internet. If you have ordered our HomeFi service, we recommend having a smartphone with its own independent data connection, for download and set-up of the eero app. If you choose to purchase or provide your own modem or router, you will need those available.
If you are installing internet service for the first time, we will hardwire one computer free of charge. If you subscribe to HomeFi by Blue Ridge, we will hardwire one computer and connect one wireless laptop free of charge.
For cable TV service, please have each television set for which you have requested a cable box or connection.
For phone service, you are required to provide your own phones or handsets. Blue Ridge does not provide the phones themselves.
Do I need to pay anything up front, or to the technician at installation?
Nope! All charges for service or installation will appear on your first bill.
