We’ve redesigned the experience from the ground up to make it faster for you to access everything you need.
Here’s what you can do:
- Home Page: Formerly the Summary page, the Home page will give you access to Quick Links, Service Appointments, Email Access, and more!
- Billing Made Simple: Through the Billing menu, view your current balance, review past statements, update your payment methods, and make secure payments instantly. You can also enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing to save time!
- Manage Services & Equipment: View equipment details, upgrade your internet, Troubleshoot equipment issues, or handle your voicemail and phone settings.
- View Your Make Changes to your Profile: Need to update your Mailing Address, set up 2FA, or manage your text alerts? How about setting up parental controls or adding a sub-account? All of this can be done through the Profile tab, along with so much more!
- SHOP: Need more speed for a big gaming weekend? You can upgrade your internet plan instantly. Interested in adding new services, or just seeing what Blue Ridge has to offer? Check out the SHOP page!
